Conducted by : Dr B. N. Das - eminent ex-professor of Presidency College, Kolkata who is an expert at designing excellent demonstrations with deep insight into Physics.

Through the demonstration of activities, the workshop aimed to look at small concepts in a big way.

Concepts like centre of mass, fluid pressure etc were discussed with the help of simple activities.

Activities related to light like Interference, diffraction, total internal reflection, refraction etc were also conducted. Easily available materials like disposable water bottles, rubber band, threads, laser light   were used to carry out simple experiments to make the classroom teaching of Physics more interesting.

It was a great learning experience.
