WORKSHOP - PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

A workshop was organized by High School Moms in collaboration with Huron University, Canada on March 06, 2021 at Hotel Taj Man Singh, New Delhi. The Key Speakers were Dr Berry Craig- President, Huron University, Canada, Moustafa Ezz- Huron University, Dr Toby Travis, Founder- TrustED(USA), Mr Abhishek Gupta- CEO, HSM & INACE, Gavin McCormack, School Principal of the Year, TEDx Speaker, Australia, Serena Menezes, and Anjali Anand Seth- Huron University.

Dr Berry Craig shared insights about leadership with heart in his opening presentation. It was followed by question-and-answer session with the live and virtual audiences. Mr Moustafa Ezz and Ms Anjali Anand Seth shared important facts and details about ‘International Student Experience and Employability in Canada. Changing dynamics of student recruitment were explored with the counsellors and educators present. Dr Toby Travis inspired the school principals and leaders in the field of education with his address. He discussed ‘School Improvement via Data Informed Leader Profrssional Development’. Mr Abhishek Gupta had an enlightening talk on ‘Sustaining Virtual Interactions: Challenges and Sloutions’. Audience learned some interesting strategies that he shared based on his personal successful experiences. The interaction with Mr Gavin McCormack about changing role of educators and learning spaces was truly inspiring.

The session was enriching and inspiring and participants appreciated the interaction with the experts.
