WORKSHOP-INTRODUCTION TO BIOCHEMISTRY

An exclusive master class for science educators was organised by Edudevs, Amritha Vidyapeetham - Empowering the 21st Century Education. The resource person was Dr. Zeena S.Pillai.
The main objective of the workshop was to introduce the subject – Biochemistry to the educators. The amalgamation of Biology and Chemistry gives rise to the crucial field of Biochemistry, a recognised subject in the field of STEM. Biochemistry is a vast and paramount subject with high achieving career prospects. The educators were also informed about the branches of Biochemistry along with the teaching methods and research for the subject.
The educators were enlightened about the E-learning platforms for Biochemistry in teaching and learning. Overall it was a very informative session.
