WORKSHOP-CANVA AND MS WORD

A workshop on enhancing technical skills using Canva and MS Word (Worksheets) was conducted on February 11, 2025, in the Junior IT Lab at GDGPS.

The workshop aimed at empowering teachers with essential digital tools to create visually appealing educational content and interactive worksheets. Ms. Simpy Sharma provided hands-on training on Canva, demonstrating how to design engaging presentations, posters, and lesson materials with ease. Teachers explored various templates, design elements, and customization techniques to enhance their classroom resources.

Additionally, the session covered MS Word, focusing on worksheet creation, formatting, and interactive features that can aid in making learning more engaging for students. Practical demonstrations were given on designing structured worksheets, incorporating images, tables, and other essential formatting tools.

The workshop was an enriching experience, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Teachers actively participated, experimented with new tools, and gained confidence in integrating technology into their teaching methodologies.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where teachers shared their insights and expressed appreciation for the valuable learning experience. The workshop successfully enhanced the technical proficiency of the teachers, equipping them with practical skills to elevate their classroom teaching strategies.
