TRANSITIONING TO HOLISTIC PROGRESS CARD

GDGPS sector-48, Gurugram conducted an insightful workshop for the teachers on the Holistic Progress Card which is aligned with the NEP 2020. The workshop was led by the visionary Principal, Ms Anuradha Handa who shared her profound insights and experiences on nurturing well-rounded students. She highlighted the importance of a holistic report card which is a comprehensive assessment tool designed to evaluate a student's performance across a wide range of skills, abilities, and attributes.

The session was supported by Headmistress Ms Harmeet who effectively conveyed that there is a need to align assessments with 21st-century skills and competencies. Holistic report cards are essential for fostering well-rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also emotionally intelligent, socially responsible, and equipped to thrive in a dynamic world. They represent a shift towards a more inclusive, personalized, and meaningful assessment system.

The Principal Ma’am’s leadership and guidance made the session highly impactful and memorable.It was an enriching and a great learning experience for the teachers.
