TRAINING SESSION ON DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION

A virtual training session on “Differentiated Instruction: Meeting Diverse Learning Styles and Abilities” was conducted by Ms.Sonali Bhattacharyya on 4th July 2025.

This interactive training session aimed to deepen teachers understanding of differentiated instruction techniques and equip them with strategies to address varied learning needs within the classroom. It was an opportunity to learn and explore ways to tailor content, processes, and assessments to support learners with different readiness levels, interests, and learning profiles. The session also helped the facilitators to create inclusive and engaging learning environments. It helped us to learn a better way to draft our lesson plan as an essential part of the teachers daily conducting the sessions.

The training was not confined to one way learning but included open interaction with the mentor where the educators could ask and clarify their doubts when required. It covered large participation having educators from all respective branches of GD Goenka Schools.

It was an experiential learning and added to the personal growth of the teachers, who are the  facilitators for the students, who could bring amendments in everyday teaching learning pattern with students.
