‘TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK’

At GDGPS Sector 48, a Workshop on Team Building was held on 04 May 2019 in the school Conference Hall. The speaker was the Principal, Ms Anuradha Handa. The workshop was attended by all the academic staff comprising TGTs and PGTs as well the Sports and Activity teachers. 

Using an attractive and informative PPT, Ms Anuradha Handa spoke about the need for team work and the qualities of a balanced team. She remarked that a team is the sum total of all its individual members. She stressed on effective communication being an essential part of a successful team. Ms. Handa interacted with the teachers and asked them their ideas on what made a team efficient and dynamic.

In conclusion, the speaker stated the need for clarity, respect and transparency as multiple teams within the workspace worked in tandem with each other.
