TEACHERS’ INDUCTION PROGRAMME; 2024-25

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.

Vision alignment among the staff and integrated collaborative working between the existing teachers and new joinees are some of the unique strengths of GDGPS Sector 48, Gurugram. In order to welcome the new teachers as well as acquaint them with the school’s unique culture and ethos of love, commitment and innovation, a Teachers Induction Programme was held from 26 to 28 March, 2024. The Induction Programme served as an effective platform for all to update themselves about the school systems. The induction program fulfilled the objective of welcoming the new teachers and seamlessly introducing them to the school’s vision, motto, system & procedures as well as introducing them to the existing staff members.

The day began with welcoming all the joinees with Tilak. The principal extended a cordial welcome to the newly inducted teachers and looked forward to their becoming a vital part of the ever expanding Goenkan family. The new teachers introduced themselves and admitted themselves to be fortunate and privileged to become a part of the Goenkan fraternity.

During the three-day induction programme, all the new joinees attended the session for the HR guidelines governing their leave, attendance, and student/teacher gate pass, standing instructions regarding ID disclaimer note, etc. conducted by the front office team, introduction to the technical staff and back office team, creating biometric identities, IT workshop by the members of the IT department, the wing wise introduction of the new joinees amongst the existing staff members, presentation by the Event Coordinator for the school events at a glance and fun sessions with the activity department.

The principal wished the new teachers all the best and looked forward to a close-knit and cooperative team taking the school to the next level of excellence.
