TEACHERS’ INDUCTION PROGRAMME

Precision, consideration and a lot of planning underlay the New Teachers’ Induction Programme organized in G D Goenka on March 16, 2020. It fulfills the dual objectives of welcoming the new teachers and seamlessly introducing them to the school’s vision, motto, system and procedures along with updating the new and existing staff members with the proposed events and academic planning for the next session.

Ms. Anuradha Handa, the Principal graciously and personally welcomed the new teachers and dwelt upon the schools’ distinctive vision and motto. After her welcome address, she introduced the Wing Incharges, Ms. Srishti Bajaj, Ms. Shalini Tandon and the coordinators Ms. Sarika Singh and Ms. Ritesh Sharma.

The new joinees of the respective Wings then were taken for a school round followed by a session each by the Front Office, Transport Manager, IT Incharge and the Event Coordinator orienting them with all the major processes and systems of the school.

In the concluding part of the day’s Induction Programme, the principal introduced all the core members of the Administration to the new joinees. All the new staff members gave their brief introduction. The principal wished the new teachers all the best and looked forward to a close-knit and cooperative team taking the school to the next level of excellence.
