Topic: Sports For All

 ‘Champions keep playing until they get it right.’

Physical Education plays an integral part in the holistic development of the students. It helps in the attainment of the ultimate aim of education.

GDGPS Sector-48 organized a Sports Presentation on the topic “Sports For All’” where students were engaged in profound research work and prepared their project proposals and presentations on the topics related to Sports. The young Goenkans were provided with the virtual platform to enhance their skills and showcase their talent.

The practice sessions were held on June 29 and 30, 2020 and the final presentations were held on July 01, 2020 where special guests and parents were invited as judges. The presentation day witnessed a day of accomplishments, where cheerful and excited students designed and presented their presentation with confidence and highlighted the varied components of Sports. The students had put in a great amount of diligence and every minor detail was looked into minutely. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to get an insight about the importance of Sports in Life.  It was heartening to hear the applause and appreciation shared by the special guests and judges. Our young Goenkans gained a lot of valuable knowledge and had an enlightening experience.

The students conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to the school Principal, Ms. Anuradha Handa and Head Mistress Ms. Shalini Tandon for  this enriching learning experience.
