RUN FOR UNITY
(OCTOBER 31, 2022)
To commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, ‘Run for Unity’ on Rashtriya Ekta Divas (National Unity Day) was organised at G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurgaon on 31 October, 2022.
The run was preceded by the taking of the pledge by the students and was organised for classes Nursery to XII at 8:00 am. The distance of the run was covered by the participants with great enthusiasm and fervor, with the runners trying to outrun each other, breathing in the essence of unity.
The run further reaffirmed the inherent strength and resilience of the young citizens to withstand threats to the security, unity and integrity of the country.
