PBL PRESENTATIONS – CLASSES I & II

(AUGUST 9 & 10, 2023)

The Project-Based Presentation on Biomes, which took place in the junior wing at GDGPS, Sec-48 on August 9 and 10, 2023, proved to be a true testament to our school's commitment to innovative education. The presentations were a vibrant display of knowledge, collaboration, and confidence by the young learners. Their deep understanding of the subject matter was evident as they explained the unique characteristics, inhabitants and importance of each biome. The audience was not just impressed by their knowledge, but also by their ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

The Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model was on full display, as students collaborated seamlessly to achieve shared learning goals. This approach not only promotes teamwork but also empowers our students to take ownership of their learning journey.

The presence of parents at the event added immeasurable joy and encouragement. Their excitement was palpable as they interacted with the students and learned about the various biomes. The event served as a platform for parents to witness firsthand how our teaching methodology fosters a deep understanding of subjects and nurtures skills beyond textbooks.

The PBL presentations successfully highlighted our students' ability to think critically, express themselves confidently, and work collaboratively. The spirit of the biome-themed presentations permeated the activity studios as well. Our students brilliantly integrated the concept of biomes into Dance, Music, ICT, Theatre, Library and Sports classes as well. This multidisciplinary approach underscores our belief in holistic education, where learning transcends boundaries and is woven into every aspect of a student's experience.
