PARENT GOOGLE MEET

G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurgaon firmly believes that alone we can do so little and together we can do so much. With the same intention Parent Google Meet was organized for classes III to VIII where parents were briefed about the journey so far and the plan ahead of the teaching learning process.

Prayer is the key that unlocks all the problems and complications in life so the presentation began with the chanting of mantras and prayer. The school’s motto remains to spread smiles and ensure that the children stand enriched on every turn. With this intend, the parents were updated about the multi-dimensional activities and hands on project which are the regular feature of our interactive teaching learning process. The parents were informed about the Leap sessions, PBL and SPE which result in honing the academic skills of the students.

The School has always been on the progressive path where we know that Art Integration is the new dimension to education where children retain and blossom their knowledge with the culmination of academic subjects with Performing arts and Visual Arts. The parents experienced the importance and need of the 3 R’S (Refresh, Reflect and Reboot) through hands on activities. The parents appreciated the capsuled time ‘Speaking Station’ which is a doorway to ease and being one self. It even enhances the communication skills of the students. The feedback videos of the students were the main attraction of the presentation where they shared about the values and skills inculcated in them through these programs.

The parents were extremely gratified to know about the laurels achieved by the students in Inter school competitions. They were even elated to know that the school has been ranked 6th by the Times of India school survey and our guiding light, our honourable Principal ma’am Mrs. Anuradha Handa has been bestowed as the best Principal by the 5th Edu Leaders Summit Leadership Award 2020.

The parents were mesmerized by the Gratitude song presented by the students which left them spell- bound and awestruck. They had all admirations for the school, its leaders and the management. The meet concluded with the vote of thanks by the teacher for their continuous support and faith.
