DAY EXCURSION AT ROCKSPORT CLASSES, III TO V

Students’ journey through an academic session is incomplete without some extracurricular fun activities. They certainly need rejuvenation through a day excursion after rigorous academic training. Keeping that in mind, G D Goenka Public School, Sec-48 Gurugram, organized a day long adventure camp in association with Rocksport for students of classes III to V on Friday, March 17, 2023.
Set amidst tranquil surroundings with tall eucalyptus trees, the expansive premises were clean and well-maintained. The camp was an hour’s journey away from the school. Four Hundred and Eighty Five students with Forty Three teachers made their way to the destination with a lot of anticipation. Much to the satisfaction of the students, the facilitators had planned the entire day with adventure activities, meals, as well as DJ. The activities included zip lining, burma bridge, wall climbing, and also provided an outlet for creative urges through pottery. With an active, well-trained, and zealous group of facilitators, the trip was lent just the right amount of energy. It turned out to be tremendously successful with the students, with all of them thoroughly enjoying the positive vibe of the place.
