CHILDREN'S DAY ASSEMBLY, SENIOR WING

The assembly presented by the senior wing teachers of G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurgaon, on the occasion of Children’s Day, was held on November 14, 2024.

The initial part of the assembly had video messages from the entire faculty members. The theme of the assembly was reliving the student days in which the teachers of the music presentation sang a medley of Hindi and Punjabi songs which set the mood.  The theatrical presentation included classroom scenes, excuses made and the usual mode of conduct by the students.  The theatrical performance was interspersed with dances on a variety of songs. The programme's culmination saw a message from the Headmistress - Senior Wing, Ms Shikha Sharma, followed by a heartfelt address to the audience by the schoolPrincipal - Ms Anuradha Handa.

The audience, comprising students of classes IX-XII, sang, clapped, and encouraged their teachers' efforts, thoroughly enjoying themselves.
