CAREER COUNSELING AND RESEARCH PROJECT PRESENTATIONS

Under the able guidance and supervision of the school Principal, Mrs. Anuradha Handa, the students of classes XI and XII presented their research work on various careers of their choice on 16 May, 2023 in the school premises.  The 17 teams, each comprising of 10-12 members, were judged by external judges viz., Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Founder - High School Moms, Ms. Avni Parekh, Director - Student Engagement at High School Moms and Mr. Alok Prabbalkar - Co- Founder and CTO – GUIDE, AI, along with Goenkan alumni Ms. Sudhiksha Sharma, Mr. Arshelle Raheja and Mr. Om Kapoor.

 The teams represented a plethora of careers with a wide range of subjects to choose from the subjects offered at the senior secondary level of the school.  The careers included  - Administrators, Auditors, Entrepreneurs, Chartered Accountants, Psychology Majors, Hospitality Management, Medicine, Microbiologists, Geneticists , Bio - Medical Engineers, AI enthusiasts and many more. Each team had to showcase their research work in the form of a presentation of 7 minutes of duration, in addition to answering the questions posed by the judges. The topics under which the research done were - the subjects, the skills, how to proceed to the bachelor degree and preparing for the masters, in addition to work for the professional courses as required by the few of the careers.  While some of the teams opted for direct formal presentation, other teams chose to present in the form of street plays and stories.

The judges later shared their valuable inputs while the Principal applauded the efforts of the teams and enquired on the take aways from the leaders of the teams.
