CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP-ORIGAMI

A three days workshop on ORIGAMI was organised by Millennium India Education Foundation (MIEF) from 9th to 11th November, 2022. The resource person of the workshop was Mr. Ravi Kumar Toleti, Guiness Book Record Holder.

The workshop exposed the teachers to various hands-on Origami activities related to geometrical concepts of Mathematics in a fun way. They created Origami caps using newspaper, Octahedron model using Origami sheets, 3D basket, butterfly, flower etc. The concept of mathematics like angles, triangles, polygons were integrated with these activities which made the session enriching.
