BRIDGING BORDERS, BUILDING FUTURES- 3EP FOR BHUTANESE EDUCATORS

(JUNE 05 TO 07, 2025)

GD Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram proudly hosted the 3EP - Expanding and Enhancing Educational Pedagogies immersion programme - educational exchange with Bhutanese educators.

3EP for Bhutanese Educators is a thoughtfully curated initiative envisioned as a space for reciprocal learning and professional dialogue among education leaders across borders. Conceptualised by the Teacher and Educational Leadership Division (TELD), Department of School Education, Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Bhutan, the programme is implemented in India by Mahattattva, with GD Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram serving as the partner schools.

The programme was a celebration of cross-cultural learning, leadership dialogues, and pedagogical innovation. From school tours to collaborative workshops, it was a week of shared ideas, deep reflection, and lasting connections.

While cross-cultural immersion programmes have long contributed to professional development, 3EP represents a distinct and purposeful chapter in this ongoing journey. Designed and facilitated by Mahattattva, the experience is carefully shaped to offer meaningful engagement—from curating immersive school visits to enabling pedagogical exchanges and reflective conversations around school leadership practice. The programme brings together educators from Bhutan and India in a shared experience of exploration and learning.

3EP recognises that every context carries its own wisdom—and by learning from one another, participants collectively deepen their understanding of what responsive and future-ready education can be. The heart of 3EP focuses on observing and reflecting upon areas that are essential to learning in today’s world.
