ASSEMBLY - PUNCTUALITY

Punctuality is an important quality and is the characteristic of being able to complete a required task or fulfil an obligation before or at a previously designated time. Punctuality is a virtue that leads to great achievements in life. It is often used with "being on time".

The students of grade VIII-D promised themselves to follow the path of "Punctuality" by giving a message to all their fellow students through their assembly on the theme of "Punctuality is the first step towards success”.

The class warmed up the assembly with the morning prayer followed by the thought of the day. The young reporters of Goenka updated the audience with the news headlines. The students enacted a skit presentation on the theme of the assembly. They glorified the importance of punctuality through a dance performance.  It was a proud moment to see the Goenkans  enacting with full enthusiasm.

The Principal Ms. Anuradha Handa appreciated the efforts of the students and inspired them with her words . The HeadMistress Ms. Shalini Tandon motivated the students to imbibe the quality of punctuality in their life. The winners of Inter school Competitions were awarded in the assembly.

The class concluded the assembly with a vote of thanks and a message for all to "Be punctual".
