Assembly-Panoramic Peru

In order to enhance diverse values and to inculcate the 21st century learning skills through which international knowledge can be integrated into students’ learning, the primary wing at GDGPS takes up one special country every academic year wherein they explore the famous places, tourist spots, culture and traditions of the place and uncover the veil of joy through special events and assemblies dedicated to that particular country. This year’s chosen country is Peru, the land of Incas in South of America

The assembly based on the theme ‘Panoramic Peru’ helped children explore common cultural themes as well as deepened their appreciation of ethnic differences and diversity demonstrating interconnectedness among the people of this world. Children highlighted the beauty of multicultural diversity with speeches, songs & dances recorded on virtual platform. 

Students gained a well-rounded perspective about the culture and civilizations of Peru.
