ASSEMBLY - EXAM TIME; LEARNING TO LEARN

“If you focus on the result, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.”

Classes IX D and E, presented a combined assembly titled ‘Exam Time - Learning to Learn’ on 7th February 2023. Infusing the focus and positive attitude required for the preparation of the exams, the students set the ball rolling with the commencement of the assembly with wisely chosen Thought of the Day, followed by updating their peers with not only the national and international news updates but also with the Goenkan News.

Taking inspiration from a doha by Sant Kabir, the students paid homage to their teachers by exhibiting their skills learnt from them in the form of playing of musical instruments, recitation and a beautiful dance performance. Thoughtful reminders and take-aways were given to the audience through a skit wherein the following of the values of regular revision, consistent hard work, healthy eating and sleeping habits and countering anxiety during exams were shared with the peers.

The assembly culminated with a Vote of Thanks and was appreciated by all as it delivered the message of the importance of exams and rightful preparation to all present.
