“An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards. When life is dragging you back with difficulties it means it's going to launch you into something great. So just focus and keep aiming.”

‘Goal Oriented - what do you mean by that?’  It means having something to focus on, a goal and our hard work to achieve it, which helps us to be productive human beings. With this question and answer to it in our mind, the students of class IV A presented a mesmerizing assembly on the topic- ‘Being Goal - Oriented’

Prayer is opening of the heart to God. To start the day with the blessings from almighty the assembly began with a prayer thanking God for all the blessings we have in our lives. The Goenkan reporters updated everyone about the latest happenings around the world and in GDGPS. Students shared the positive affirmations to instil the thought of being goal oriented in their lives.

The students shared some amazing facts about the struggle of very successful people like Messi, Michael Jordan etc. Which further instilled the value of being focused in life.  The assembly left everyone spellbound with their inspirational thoughts

To further enlighten us our mentor, the school principal, Ms. Anuradha Handa and the headmistress, Ms. Shalini Tandon addressed the assembly by inspiring us all to be goal oriented.

With the beautiful thought, “If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes. Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it”, the assembly came to an end.
