On May 16, 2024, G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram, organised the final round of various competitions for classes 3-5. The events included the English Character Carnival, Swimming, Solo Singing, Solo Instrumental Music and Art Dream Catcher competitions.
Students showcased their creativity and enthusiasm by dressing as iconic characters Harry Potter and Willy Wonka. The solo singing segment featured captivating performances of songs centred on the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of water conservation, while the instrumentalists impressed with their exceptional musical prowess.
The participants demonstrated their excellent aquatic abilities during Swimming Competition. Concurrently, the students crafted remarkable dream catchers, showcasing their artistic talents in the Art Dream Catcher competition.
This event underscored the multifaceted talents of our young Goenkans, from inventive storytelling and artistic creativity to musical excellence and swimming proficiency, reflecting the school's commitment to fostering a holistic educational environment.
