HOLISTIC HEALTH FOR A HAPPIER LIFE

A workshop on “Holistic Health for a Happier Life” was conducted for the entire staff in the school conference room by Ms. Shruti Kakkar, Wellness Coach
Ms. Kakkar emphasized the importance of healthy eating, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, regular exercise, and overall well-being as key elements for a happier and more productive life. The interactive session encouraged teachers to reflect on their personal health habits and motivated them to adopt simple yet effective practices for physical and mental wellness.
The workshop was well-received and served as a valuable reminder that caring for one’s own health is essential for maintaining energy, positivity, and efficiency in professional as well as personal life.
The session was followed by an address by the school Principal, Mrs. Anuradha Handa, who encouraged the staff to prioritize self-care and wellness. She appreciated the initiative and urged teachers to integrate these practices into their daily routines for long-term benefits.
