ECO-VIBES - A GREEN FAMILY FESTIVAL

The “Eco-Vibes”, A green family festival, held in the grounds of GDGPS, Sec-48, was a resounding success, bringing together parents, children, and the community in a delightful celebration of sustainability and creativity. Organized in collaboration with GoSharpner, a student network for sustainability, the event showcased the importance of eco-conscious living through fun and engaging activities.
From the outset, the festival created a magical atmosphere. Parents and children were captivated by the Butterfly Park, where they explored a vibrant garden and learned about the beauty and ecological importance of butterflies. The Storytelling Session was another highlight, weaving together tales of animals, trees, and children joining forces to protect our planet. This session not only entertained but also inspired young minds to appreciate nature and its conservation.
One of the most engaging corners was the Eco-Friendly Craft Station, where families eagerly participated in hands-on activities, creating green crafts that left smiles all around. The Local Sustainable Products Market was also a crowd favorite, offering unique, earth-friendly products that blended creativity with environmental responsibility.
The festivities continued with lively Dance Sessions, where participants grooved to joyful beats, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The healthy Food Stalls added to the enjoyment, serving an array of crunchy, colorful, and healthy snacks that were both delicious and gut-friendly.
Parents expressed their gratitude for such a well-organized event that seamlessly combined education and entertainment. The smiles and laughter on the children’s faces were a testament to the event’s success.
