ASSEMBLY-GOOD HABITS LEAD TO EXCELLENCE

(MAY 1, 2025)

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." – Aristotle

The foundation of success is often built on the small, everyday actions that shape who we are. In the journey towards excellence, good habits play a crucial role, guiding us to achieve our goals and realize our potential. With this inspiring thought in mind, the students of Grade III B presented a vibrant and engaging morning assembly on the theme ‘Good Habits Lead to Excellence’.

The assembly commenced with a warm and cheerful welcome, followed by a thoughtful prayer and the School Anthem. The students set the tone for the day with a sense of unity and joy. Following this, there were inspiring messages delivered in both English and Hindi, highlighting how good habits contribute to personal growth and success. A unique highlight was the Newsroom Segment, where students presented updates on national and international events, sports news, important school happenings, and the weather forecast. This engaging segment kept everyone informed while adding a lively touch to the assembly.

A skit titled ‘The Mystery of Missing Marks’ demonstrated how good habits can turn struggles into success. Students also participated in a creative Habit Tree activity, sharing the positive habits they practice daily. An exciting quiz on famous personalities reinforced the message of achieving greatness through dedication. Lastly the students presented a lively dance performance that added energy to the assembly.

The assembly was graced by our respected Headmistress, Ms. Shalini Tandon, a constant source of inspiration. She addressed the gathering by encouraging students to believe in themselves and strive for excellence. The assembly concluded with a pledge to follow good habits and pursue excellence every day, and singing of the School Anthem, fostering a sense of pride and unity among all.
