WORKSHOP - PROJECT BASED LEARNING; ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES

“Real project work is work that is chosen by children and done by children, with the help of attentive adults who are there to mentor, facilitate, and support.”

The workshop conducted by Ms Rajni Jauhari was aimed at elaboration of the various features of Project-based learning (PBL) as an instructional approach designed to give students the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills through engaging projects set around challenges and problems they may face in the real world.

The Emphasis was laid on Starting the project with the Essential Question, Designing a Plan for the Project, Creating a Schedule, Monitoring the Students & the Progress of the Project and finally Assessing the Outcome.
