WATER CONSERVATION DAY
(NOVEMBER 11, 2025)
Water Conservation Day was observed to create awareness among students about the importance of saving water and using it responsibly. The students of Classes II–C and II–D actively participated in the assembly by presenting skits, short speeches and visual displays related to water conservation. They demonstrated simple habits like turning off taps, using buckets instead of showers and reusing leftover water for plants.
A short skit showcased how careless use of water can lead to scarcity in the future. Through this, students understood that water is a precious natural resource and should not be wasted. The presenters also shared meaningful slogans such as “Save Water, Save Life” and “Every Drop Counts”, which resonated strongly with the audience.
Teachers reinforced the message by connecting it to daily school and home practices, reminding students to close taps properly and use only the required amount of water. This assembly helped build environmental awareness and responsibility at an early age. The initiative aimed at shaping students into environmentally conscious citizens who understand the value of natural resources and contribute towards a sustainable future.
