THE LITTLE MERMAID; DARE TO DREAM- JUNIOR WING ANNUAL DAY

The Junior Wing of G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, submerged itself into a whimsical underwater world during its Annual Day celebration themed "The Little Mermaid; Dare to Dream." It was an enchanting display of creativity, imagination, and the vibrancy of childhood.
The event captured the essence of the beloved fairy tale, 'The Little Mermaid,' immersing the audience in a fantastical oceanic adventure. The entire school became a magical underwater kingdom, showcasing the beauty and wonder of the ocean depths. From colorful coral reefs to mesmerizing marine creatures, the decorations transported everyone to an aquatic realm. The young Goenkans brought to life the characters and storyline of 'The Little Mermaid' through captivating performances, showcasing their talent and dedication.
The stage came alive with lively musical numbers, delightful dances, and captivating theatrical renditions. The young performers, with their innocent enthusiasm and boundless energy, mesmerized the audience and carried them on a journey beneath the waves.
Another attraction of the event was a creatively crafted exhibition exploring the depths wherein the Junior Wing showcased their understanding of ocean life. Through engaging displays and interactive exhibits, students explored the wonders of the sea, featuring educational sections on marine ecosystems, ocean conservation, and mythical sea creatures.
Chairman Mr. Vipul Garg, in his address, emphasized the importance of nurturing young minds and fostering creativity and imagination. He applauded the efforts of the students and teachers in bringing forth such a captivating presentation.
Principal Mrs Anuradha Handa commended the Junior Wing for their dedication and emphasized the significance of such events in nurturing holistic development. She highlighted how themes like 'The Little Mermaid' stimulate creativity and instill values of teamwork and expression.
Mrs. Srishti Bajaj, Headmistress of Jr. wing, delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all involved—students, teachers, parents, and staff. She acknowledged the tireless efforts put in by everyone that made the event a resounding success
