STAFF MEETING - PLANNING AND PREPARATION

G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48, aims to constantly enhance and update the teaching practices and techniques to meet the evolving standards of education and career building. An interactive staff meeting was conducted by the school Principal Ms Anuradha Handa, for the entire staff on May 20, 2023 to orient the teachers about the planning and preparation for the forthcoming fortnight.

The session began with applauding the award winners of the school, recognizing their outstanding achievements and contributions. The awards highlighted the diverse talents and achievements of the students, showcasing the school's commitment to fostering holistic development. She also congratulated the teachers and our dear Goenkans for their excellent performance in the CBSE class X and XII Board examinations. Hereafter, she emphasized the importance of our indigenous ‘M and M programme’, the Self-Empowerment Week from 22nd to 25th May - the workshops aligned for teachers in the upcoming week, COEP sessions and an interesting Holiday Homework Engagement plan for students. Planning and preparation are fundamental components of education as a well -structured plan provides a roadmap for teachers and students. They enable teachers to structure their lessons effectively, provide students with the resources they need, and create an environment conducive to learning.
