SCHOLASTIC AWARD CEREMONY ACADEMIC SESSION 2025 TO 2026

Applause resonated through the auditorium as GD Goenka Public School, Sector 48, Gurugram celebrated the Scholastic Award Ceremony 2025–26, a prestigious occasion dedicated to recognising academic accomplishments, perseverance and consistent efforts. The ceremony brought together the school leadership, proud parents, dedicated teachers and enthusiastic learners in a heartwarming celebration of achievement and growth.

The event was conducted in two sessions. The morning session honoured the scholastic achievers of the previous academic session’s Classes V and VI, while the second session recognised the outstanding performances of students from Classes VII to XII, including the distinguished CBSE Class X and XII Board Toppers. Students were felicitated under the categories of the Scholastic Excellence Award, Roll of Honour, Appreciation Award, and 100% Attendance Award, celebrating not only exceptional academic performance but also remarkable improvement, consistency and dedication.

The ceremony commenced with a soulful prayer, followed by an inspiring address by the Principal, Ms Anuradha Handa, who encouraged students to embrace learning with curiosity, resilience and integrity. The awards were presented by the Principal along with the respective Headmistresses, making the occasion a proud and memorable milestone for every recipient. The audience applauded each achiever, creating an atmosphere of encouragement, pride and celebration.

Aligned with the school’s annual theme, Fundamentals of Life, the ceremony reinforced the values of discipline, responsibility, perseverance and purposeful learning. It served as a reminder that true success is built on strong character, consistent effort and a lifelong commitment to growth.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms Shalini Tandon, Headmistress – Middle Wing, who expressed her sincere gratitude to the Principal, members of the Management, parents, teachers, students, organising team and support staff for their invaluable contribution to the success of the event. She congratulated the awardees and encouraged every learner to continue striving with determination, humility and integrity.
