INTERNATIONAL DANCE DAY 2026

Class 2B conducted a vibrant assembly on the occasion of International Dance Day. The students enthusiastically shared information about different dance forms from around the world, highlighting the beauty and diversity of global cultures. Special focus was given to Spanish dance Flamenco, Ballet, and Bhangra, where learners confidently spoke about their origins, costumes and unique movements.

The assembly became even more engaging with lively performances that reflected energy, rhythm and coordination. The students’ confidence and enthusiasm created a joyful atmosphere, making the presentation both informative and entertaining.

The Headmistress, Ms. Harmeet Kaur, appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to participate in dance and other physical activities. She emphasized on the importance of dance in maintaining fitness, expressing emotions, and boosting confidence. The assembly concluded on a cheerful and inspiring note.
