INTEGRATED CREATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME PRESENTATION 2026
(January 31, 2026)
“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.”
On 31 January 2026, the students of Class VIII proudly presented the Integrated Creative Learning Programme (ICLP) 2025–2026, a flagship initiative that has remained a cornerstone of the school’s educational philosophy since its inception in 2015. Conceptualised by our respected Founder Principal, Ms. Anuradha Handa, ICLP stands as a powerful expression of the school’s vision—one that champions integrated learning, critical thinking, and purposeful education beyond the confines of textbooks and classrooms.
Designed especially for Class VIII, the programme is not merely a presentation but a transformative learning journey that nurtures academic understanding, creativity, collaboration, and reflection. Coordinated under the able guidance of Middle Wing Headmistress Ms. Shalini Tandon, ICLP marked a significant milestone as students stand poised at the threshold of the Secondary Years, ready to embrace greater academic rigour and responsibility.
Rooted in the evocative theme “Srijan se Sanrakshan Tak” (From Creation to Conservation), the programme reflected year-long interdisciplinary learning where scholastic and co-scholastic domains seamlessly converged. Through theatre, music, dance, visual art, yoga, and movement, classroom concepts were transformed into lived experiences. Light and Sound came alive through shadow theatre and music, while Conservation of Plants and Animals anchored the narrative in environmental responsibility. Quadrilaterals, Mensuration, and Introduction to Graphs found expression through yoga and art, while Poetry, Idioms and Phrases, Paani ki Kahani, and Public Facilities strengthened linguistic and civic understanding. The final presentation in the auditorium offered parents a powerful glimpse into students’ growth—showcasing their confidence, clarity of thought, collaboration, and ability to connect learning meaningfully across disciplines.
The event was further enriched by an insightful address by Ms. Anuradha Handa, Founder Principal, who shared a comprehensive overview of the Secondary Years, guiding parents and students through the academic expectations, mindset shifts, and developmental milestones ahead. This was followed by a detailed perspective on the Senior Wing journey by Ms. Shikha Sharma, Headmistress – Senior Wing, offering clarity on structures, support systems, and opportunities awaiting students. The presence of the school counsellors added further depth, reinforcing the importance of emotional readiness, resilience, and balance during adolescence.
The success of ICLP 2025–2026 was the result of the dedicated efforts of Class Teachers, ICLP In-charges, Activity Teachers, Coordinators, and the unwavering partnership of parents. As Class VIII prepares to step into the Secondary Years, ICLP emerged as a moment of reflection, readiness, and renewal—affirming that the school’s learners are moving forward not only academically, but with confidence, awareness, and purpose.
The Integrated Creative Learning Programme continues to remain a proud reflection of the school’s vision—learning that is connected, meaningful, and future-ready, where creation leads to conservation, and education lights a lifelong fire of understanding.
