IDM SESSION; CLASSES IX & X

IDM sessions in July are focused on helping the students understand the Career options in the field of Commerce and Finances. Introduction to Careers in Commerce field was done in the previous week by the school faculty Ms Asha for grade 10 and Ms Srishti Doshi for grade 9. To provide students a detailed insight and a feel of life in this profession, guest speaker sessions were organized this week. 

Mr Saurav Ray, an accomplished chartered accountant, addressed students of grade X and provided a detailed insight into the life of a chartered accountant. He gave students valuable inputs about the course of study, future prospects, the real-life situations they would be dealing with. He explained the value of hard work, being committed and finding one’s passion to be successful in any field. 

Mr Raman Kaushik, vice president of HDFC Bank addressed the students of grade IX and cleared their doubts about the careers in the field of finance, accounting, banking and so on. He guided them about choosing a subject based on their interest and passion and make their best efforts in their chosen field.

The sessions were quite engaging and interactive and the guests answered the queries raised by the students during and after the session. All students appreciated the sessions a lot.
