IDM SESSION – CAREER TALK

IDM is a unique programme of G D Goenka Public School, Sector-48, Gurugram which provides opportunities for interaction with industry experts to gain a better understanding of world of work. As part of Career Guidance Expert Session, students of grades IX to XII attended a session by Dr. Pankaj Sharma, Director SRM University and Mr. Rajul Pratap Singh, awarded Career Counsellor and coach. This Career Talk was organized by India International Education Council in association with World Education REVIEW magazine.

The workshop aimed to motivate and provide meaningful information to the students so that they can equip themselves with required skills to pursue their careers in the desired field and thus become future-ready. This seminar provided students a better perspective on career planning. The students gained valuable insight on transferrable skills for future, in-demand jobs for next decade and the process to discover their passion and career.

The session followed by an interactive Question and Answer round and the students’ queries were addressed by the experts. The session was effective and fruitful in providing students a better perspective for career planning process.
