IDM SESSION-CAREER EXPLORATION IN COMMERCE STREAM

IDM sessions in July are focused on helping the students understand the Career options in the field of Commerce and Finances.

A Session by Ms Asha was conducted for students of grade 10 and Ms Srishti Doshi guided the students of grade 9 on the topic. 

Detailed insight was shared by the School Commerce Faculty about the course of study, subjects and the topics, their relevance and importance not only in terms of careers and future prospects, but with the real-life situations. The various courses that can be pursued, lists of top colleges and institutes for commerce education in India and Abroad was also shared with an interested audience.

Students shared that they got valuable insight into commerce and the session generated interest to explore the field further. 

It helped the students to develop life skills of Decision making, Self-awareness and Critical thinking as they were motivated to introspect and discover more about Commerce related careers.
