GD GOENKA GROUP CONCLUDES CONFLUENCE 2025, FOCUSING ON FUTURE READY EDUCATION

GD Goenka Group successfully concluded GD Goenka Confluence 2025, a three-day leadership and education summit held from December 17 to 19, 2025, at GD Goenka Education City, Gurugram. The confluence brought together educators and leaders from 150+ K–12 schools, 100+ healthcare academies, and 120+ preschools across the GD Goenka network to deliberate on innovation, leadership, and the future of education.

Aligned with the Group’s vision “Thrive. For Life.”, the event focused on building resilient, purpose-driven, and future-ready learning ecosystems. The confluence featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions on design thinking, artificial intelligence in education, youth leadership, pedagogical innovation, and sustained academic engagement.

Day 1 opened with sessions on leadership and the evolving role of education, led by Nipun Goenka, Managing Director, GD Goenka Group, along with members of the Group’s leadership team. Eminent speakers including Ankur Warikoo, Pratika Rawal, Amitabh Shah, and others shared valuable insights on resilience, personal growth, and youth empowerment. The day concluded with a vibrant DJ Night and networking session, providing participants an opportunity to unwind, connect, and celebrate collaboration in an engaging and informal setting.

Day-2 featured Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament and author, as the chief guest, who underscored the importance of adaptability and lifelong learning in a rapidly changing world. A special address by actor Pankaj Kapur highlighted the importance of individuality, discipline, and character-building in education. The day concluded with a soulful Qawwali Night at Lemon Tree Hotel, offering participants a culturally enriching experience and an opportunity for informal interaction and camaraderie.

Day 3 focused on innovation and future-ready leadership and concluded with the Gayatri Devi Goenka Excellence Awards 2024–25. GD Goenka Sector 48 was honoured with the prestigious Trail Blazer Award, recognising the school’s exemplary contribution to educational excellence and innovation. The award was received by the Founder Principal, Mrs Anuradha Handa, who was widely appreciated for her visionary leadership, dedicated service, and significant contribution to shaping a progressive and student-centric learning environment.The confluence concluded with the Goenkan Oath Taking Ceremony, reaffirming the Group’s commitment to holistic, value-driven education.
