EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AT GD GOENKA UNIVERSITY BY STUDENTS OF CLASSES XI AND XII

The students of Grades XI and XII participated in an enriching educational visit to GD Goenka University, Sohna on 15 May 2026. The visit was organized with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to university life, academic opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences aligned with their career interests. The trip offered students an opportunity to step beyond classroom learning and engage directly with university-level faculty and infrastructure.
A key highlight of the visit was the series of hands-on workshops conducted across various departments based on students’ chosen fields of interest. Students actively participated in workshops from departments such as Culinary Arts, Design, Management, Law, Engineering, and Liberal Arts. These interactive sessions enabled students to explore subject-specific skills, understand real-world applications of their interests, and gain valuable insights into emerging academic and career pathways.
The university faculty and mentors guided students throughout the workshops, creating an engaging and experiential learning environment. The visit proved to be highly informative and inspiring, allowing students to interact with experts, experience university culture, and broaden their understanding of higher education opportunities. Overall, the trip was a meaningful and productive experience that encouraged students to reflect on their future academic and professional aspirations.
