DIWALI MELA

On the occasion of Diwali, students OF GDGPS, Sec-48, Gurugram are not only encouraged to celebrate clean and green Diwali but also contribute in their own way towards spreading smiles and experience the joy of giving. Keeping the trend of the last few years of celebrating Diwali, the school facilitated Umeed Foundation, a registered society which is looking after children with special needs and developmental difficulties, to put up stalls in the school premises.  Diwali items and utility products crafted by the members of the foundation were displayed on sale.

Our students of classes I to XII purchased these items from the stalls in the school and the entire sale proceeds were donated to Umeed Foundation.
