COEP 2026

COEP 2026 was conducted from May 18 to May 22, 2026 on the theme – Fundamentals of Life, aimed at nurturing essential life skills and 21st century competencies among young learners. The five-day programme beautifully integrated experiential learning with meaningful parent participation through the VASP (Value Added by School Parent) initiative.

Each day of the programme focused on an important life skill theme.

Day 1 - Self Care, where students learnt the importance of hygiene and healthy habits through hand washing activities, dental check-ups, and eye check-ups.

Day 2 - Know Your World, in which children were introduced to the culture of Greece through storytelling, Greek greetings, my name in Greek and an engaging Greek Salad Making session conducted by  parent volunteers.

Day 3 -  Respect for the Environment through activities such as Nature Walk, Plant a Seed and Best Out of Waste crafts that encouraged creativity and environmental awareness.

Day 4 - Essential Life Skills, where students participated in a Mock Market,  Basic First Aid demo session by parents and a Mock Fire Drill to learn safety, decision-making, and emergency response skills.

Day 5 - Heartwarming sessions on Gratitude and Kindness, where parent volunteers shared meaningful stories promoting empathy and compassion.

Day 5 – Gratitude and Kindness, featured heartwarming sessions by parent volunteers promoting empathy and compassion. Students also created handmade Thank You cards for teachers, didis, drivers, conductors, guards, canteen staff, mali bhaiya, and office staff, helping children understand gratitude, respect, and the value of every individual in the school community.

A special highlight of COEP 2026 was the enthusiastic support and active involvement of the parent community. Parents wholeheartedly contributed their time, experiences, and expertise through interactive sessions, making learning more meaningful and enriching for the children. Their participation strengthened the bond between school and home while creating a joyful and collaborative learning environment.

COEP 2026 was truly a celebration of learning, life skills, and values, nurturing confident, responsible, compassionate, and globally aware learners.
