CAREER IN COMMERCE- SELF EVALUATION AND REFLECTION

IDM helps the students understand the Career options in a three-step process. Students were given a detailed and in-depth insight in the field of Commerce and Finances as the first two steps. In the concluding session held on July 28, 2021, students were guided to do self-reflection in a fun and interesting way. 

Students answered the questions that made them reflect upon their understanding of the major attributes of the career field and the skill-set required to be successful. A fun quiz helped them get a feel of their understanding and interest in the same. The students participated in a poll and shared if they might be interested to pursue the career.
