ASSEMBLY ON WORLD EMOJI DAY
(July 07, 2026)
Class 2E conducted a lively and engaging special assembly to celebrate World Emoji Day. The young presenters confidently introduced the significance of World Emoji Day and shared interesting facts about the origin of emojis, explaining how these small digital symbols help people express their emotions and communicate effectively in a fun and meaningful way.
The students captivated the audience with an entertaining emoji jingle, a melodious group song and an energetic dance performance that reflected the joy and excitement associated with emojis. Through their presentations, they beautifully conveyed the message that even a simple smile can spread happiness, kindness, and positivity.
The highlight of the assembly was the inspiring address by Headmistress Ms. Harmeet Kaur, who applauded the confidence, teamwork and enthusiasm displayed by the students. She encouraged them to use technology wisely, communicate with kindness and empathy and remember that while emojis add colour to conversations, genuine smiles, respect, and thoughtful words are the best ways to express emotions and build meaningful relationships. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, leaving everyone inspired and smiling.
