ASSEMBLY –HAPPINESS & ICE –CREAM DAY CELEBRATIONS

What better way to beat the summer heat than indulging in everyone's favorite treat? The vibrant campus of GDGPS, Sec-48 was abuzz with excitement as students, teachers, and staff came together to celebrate Ice Cream Day.

The highlight of the event was the Ice Cream Fiesta, where students got the opportunity to have their favourite ice cream from renowned local ice cream vendor. Apart from indulging in delicious ice creams, the day also included special assembly conducted by the children of Nursery C & D based on the theme Happiness and Ice Cream Day. The assembly began with a colorful and vibrant presentation showcasing various aspects of happiness. The children's creativity was on full display as they shared poems and dance depicting joyful moments, kind gestures, and the things that make them happy. As the assembly continued, the focus shifted to the much-awaited celebration of Ice Cream Day. The children eagerly shared interesting facts about ice cream, from its origins to the wide variety of flavors available.

The event served as a beautiful reminder that happiness can be found within ourselves and shared with others, and that even the smallest moments, like enjoying an ice cream, can bring immense joy.
