A FRESH BEGINNING BRINGS NEW HOPE AND ABUNDANCE OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR A FRESH START!!!”

Every ending has a new beginning. As we start a new year, a big and important thing to remember is that we start on a new learning path, enrich ourselves each day, gain new experiences, face new challenges and get more opportunities to excel. With this pacifying thought, the students of class V I presented the first student-led assembly of the new academic session on the topic- ‘A Fresh Beginning -A Positive Outlook.’ It was a completely splendid and mesmerizing  assembly.

Prayer is the key that unlocks all the storehouses of God's infinite grace and power. Prayer is an expansion of total faith in the present power within and around us and is important because it's Obedience to God. To start the day with the  Shower of Blessings from almighty, the assembly began with a soulful prayer followed by inspirational thoughts based on the topic.  As long as you are breathing, it’s never too late to start a new beginning. Remember there are 24 hours in a day, dedicate at least one hour to become a stronger and better version of yourself.

The Goenkan reporters updated everyone about the latest happenings around the country, around the world and in GDGPS. The Goenkans was extremely elated to share the opening of school in complete physical mode in the new session 2022-23 and G D Goenka Public School Sector 48 campus buzzing and reverberating with chuckling voices of its Goenkans. It was also shared that the Inter House Competitions Cycle one were introduced and all are geared up enthusiastically for the upcoming House Competitions.

The students narrated extremely motivating poems both in English and Hindi to delve deep into the significance of a fresh beginning.  It was indeed so motivating and encouraging.

To further absorb the topic, students showcased a power packed performance through a theatrical performance, an inspiring story of four candles PEACE, FAITH, LOVE and HOPE.

“When it rains, look for the rainbow, When it is dark, look for the stars. Always believe that something wonderful is going to happen because optimism is a faith that leads to achievement. Life is nothing without hope and confidence..” 

Keeping this motto in their mind they danced on a  beautiful song to lift up everyone’s spirit. The assembly was fueled with enthusiasm of students as they danced to the tunes of a foot tapping song. The assembly left everyone spellbound with their inspirational thoughts and performances.

To further enlighten us our mentor, our headmistress Mrs. Srishti Bajaj addressed the assembly by applauding the students for such a wonderful show and  inspired the gathering of the students to work towards being responsible, well-mannered and a great human being . She encouraged the students to aspire to  achieve positive and dynamic growth.” 

The assembly instilled a feeling of never giving up and not being limited by time constraints with a mantra, “never let the flame of hope go out of your life. No matter how bad things look and are, with HOPE, PEACE, FAITH AND LOVE can shine brightly again in our lives. we must keep our HOPE alive. It has the power to give you back everything that you lost.”
