ART SESSION BY GRADE 7 STUDENTS FOR MOTHERS DAY

As part of a leadership and creativity initiative, Grade 7 students of G D Goenka Public School, Sec-48, Gurugram, conducted a meaningful art session for their Grade 5 peers in celebration of Mother’s Day. They took the lead in guiding their juniors through the entire process. Demonstrating initiative and teamwork, the older students taught card-making techniques, guided drawing activities, and offered individual support throughout the session.

Grade 7 students not only demonstrated various drawing and card-making techniques but also helped each Grade 5 student bring their ideas to life. The event not only fostered artistic expression but also strengthened inter-grade relationships and encouraged a sense of responsibility and mentorship among the senior students. The beautifully crafted cards were a testament to the effort and enthusiasm shown by all participants.

Such activities play a vital role in nurturing collaboration, empathy, and creativity within the school community.
