AN ENLIGHTENING WORKSHOP ON INSTILLING ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS

Marking an enriching Open Learning Day for the young Goenkans, G D Goenka School, Sector 48, organized an enlightening Road Safety Workshop for the students of Grade 5 on 11 September 2026, in collaboration with the Go Sharpener Team. Held in the school's E Wing Basement, the session sensitized students to essential road safety protocols, responsible commuting practices, vehicular safety, and the indispensable importance of wearing seat belts.
An engaging and interactive session with the facilitators further reinforced these vital life skills, with several students being awarded safety seat belts for their enthusiastic participation. The workshop culminated in a creative Slogan Writing Activity, where students expressed impactful road safety messages through artistic presentations. Two students were felicitated for their exceptionally creative and compelling slogans. The initiative was a truly informative, engaging, and enriching learning experience.
