A DAY OF DISCOVERY REFLECTION AND PURPOSE
(May 15, 2026)
The school made Open Learning Day an enriching and eventful experience by engaging students in activities centered on sustainability, mindfulness, and responsible living on 15 May 2026. Through GoSharpener, students explored ways to contribute towards SDG goals by taking measurable eco-friendly actions and understanding the importance of sustainable choices in everyday life. Students participated enthusiastically by sharing ideas, reflecting on real-world environmental concerns, and engaging in collaborative discussions on creating a positive impact.
A mindfulness workshop forClass 9 encouraged self-awareness, emotional balance, and positivity through reflective activities such as “Mind Weather Check” and Trataka meditation. Students actively took part in introspective exercises, learning how emotions influence thoughts, behaviour, and relationships while practising techniques to improve focus and inner calm.
Adding to the spirit of environmental responsibility, Grade 10 students participated in the Plastic-Free PartyPlanner activity, where they creatively designed sustainable celebration ideas using eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastics. Their thoughtful participation and innovative suggestions made the day insightful, engaging, and truly memorable.
