VIRTUAL SESSION: TECHNOLOGY READY CLASSROOMS

A virtual session on “Technology Ready Classrooms” was held on October 18, 2024, for the teachers of foundational years at GDGPS, sec 48 and teachers from G D Goenka Group of Schools across the country. The session was facilitated by Ms. Chandeep Marwah, Head, Professional Development, G D Goenka Group of Schools. Ms Marwah introduced participants to a variety of digital tools designed to enhance teaching and learning. The workshop aimed to equip teachers with innovative tools to create engaging and impactful classroom experiences.

Ms. Marwah presented a wide array of resources, including Padlet, Kahoot, Sway, Flipgrid, and Popplet. She explained how these tools can be integrated into daily teaching practices to foster interactive and collaborative learning environments. The participants gained practical insights into using these platforms effectively, making lessons more interesting, meaningful, and long-lasting for students.

The session was highly interactive, with Ms. Marwah guiding attendees through demonstrations of each tool. Her emphasis on practical application ensured that all members felt confident in utilizing these resources to create dynamic and student-centered classrooms.
