THE STANDARDISATION SUMMIT- PRE PRIMARY TEACHERS

(SEPTEMBER 17 & 21, 2024)

The Standardisation Summit for the pre primary staff members at GDGPS, Sec-48, Gurugram initiated by our visionary school principal Mrs. Anuradha Handa, focused on creating a unified framework to ensure coherent, consistent, and effective teaching practices across the school. Spread over two days, September 17 & September 21st, 2024, this professional development summit was aimed at supporting teachers in their instructional planning and execution, promoting a seamless learning experience for students across all sections of a class.

During the summit, Nursery and Kindergarten teachers collaborated to gather their resources and align their planning using three strategic templates shared by the leadership team. These templates were designed with a focus on uniformity, ensuring that the planning and execution of lessons across different sections of Nursery and KG were consistent. This approach not only streamlined the process but also promoted a cohesive learning environment, enabling teachers to implement best practices more effectively.

The summit highlighted the importance of professional development and teamwork, driving a culture of collaboration and excellence within the teaching staff. By fostering this structured approach, Principal Mrs. Handa's vision for a unified planning system has set the stage for improved educational outcomes and strengthened teaching strategies across the school.
