SPECIAL ASSEMBLY - GANDHI JAYANTI

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Class II E conducted a special assembly to honor the life and legacy of Mahatma Gandhi. The assembly commenced with a short introduction on the significance of Gandhi Jayanti, emphasizing Gandhiji’s principles of non-violence, truth, and peace. This was followed by a prayer for harmony, beautifully recited by the students.

Class II E students portrayed Gandhiji's ideals of simplicity and unity with great enthusiasm. Highlight of the assembly was a beautiful dance and soulful rendition of songs about Gandhiji which resonated with the audience and added a soulful touch to the event.

The assembly concluded with a message by the Headmistress, Ms Harmeet Kaur, who encouraged the students to follow the path of truth and non-violence, just as Gandhiji did. She also praised the students of Class II E for their efforts in putting together such a meaningful assembly. The students enthusiastically took the "Swach Bharat" pledge, vowing to keep their surroundings clean and contribute to a healthier environment.

Overall, the Gandhi Jayanti assembly by Class II E was a thoughtful tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and his contributions to India's independence, inspiring the audience with his timeless values.
